Prepare your vehicle request

Include every adult and child, the number and size of checked bags and cabin bags, and any pram, wheelchair, surfboard or other oversized item. Explain whether equipment folds and include its dimensions where possible.

For children, include ages and required restraints so suitability can be confirmed for the selected vehicle. Ask about any amenity essential to your trip before booking rather than assuming it is fitted to every vehicle.

Match the vehicle to the journey

Airport journeys need space for travel luggage as well as passengers. For hotel, business or event trips, include collection access, extra stops and any equipment. A return journey may have different luggage or passenger requirements, so describe both legs.
