Please Read Before You Book
We are not a wheelchair accessible transfer service. Our vehicles have no ramp, hoist or wheelchair restraints, so a passenger who needs to stay seated in a wheelchair for the journey cannot travel with us. We are glad to carry a folding walker, walking frame, crutches or a folding wheelchair for a passenger who can step into the vehicle with a hand from the driver. If you need a fully accessible vehicle, call now and we will point you to a specialist operator.
For passengers with mobility challenges, the quality of a transfer isn't just about vehicle comfort, it's about the driver's patience, the boarding setup, and the knowledge that your needs have been anticipated and prepared for in advance.
What We Can Help With
Our Mercedes V250 sits higher than a sedan, which many older passengers find much easier to get in and out of, and the side door opens wide. We allow extra time for boarding, park as close to the door as we are allowed, and the driver will help you to and from the vehicle.
We are happy to carry a walker or walking frame, crutches, a walking stick, or a folding wheelchair - these travel in the luggage area at no extra charge. The only requirement is that the passenger can step up into the vehicle, with a hand from the driver if needed.

Medical Appointments
Many passengers book us for appointments at Gold Coast or Brisbane hospitals. We understand appointments run late, so we will wait, and we keep the journey calm and unhurried. Please note this is a standard private transfer, not a patient transport or ambulance service.
