Between 4 and 24 hours it is a 50% refund, and inside 4 hours or a no-show there is no refund, because the vehicle and driver are committed to you by then. Cancellations caused by a cancelled flight or a severe weather warning are reviewed individually and we refund or rebook in good faith.
